We focus on empowering people by providing the necessary tools and knowledge to help them reach their goals. With our uniquely practical and straightforward approach, participants can begin applying their new skills after just one course session.

This program is a comprehensive Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour level program, perfect for students wishing to deepen their study and practice of yoga, those aspiring to become certified yoga teachers, and helping professionals who would like to incorporate the benefits of yoga into their profession.

This yoga intensive teacher training is a Vinyasa yoga-based training with a focus on making Vinyasa accessible to a spectrum of body types and individual needs, resulting in a well-balanced understanding of yoga for health and healing at all levels of the being. The curriculum includes an in-depth study and understanding of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, philosophy, anatomy, as well as self-inquiry.

Program Details:

In-Person Program:

The program is broken into 3 modules.

Each module will be given at the beginning of the session.

One on One support
Hands on learning
Collaboration with peers at the same time and in the same place.
Practice teaching in a Yoga Studio
Less distractions

The Program is broken into 3 Modules:

Mod 1 - Intro to breathing, meditation, Sun Salutation, 8 limbs of yoga, bandhas, journaling, business planning & more
Mod 2 - Deep Dive into the above, PLUS starting to teach your peers. Introduce Muscles, and Fascia system.
Mod 3 - Teaching in person classes, deep dive into business planning, plus so much more.

Schedule:

Monday/Thursday Evenings
6:30 pm - 9 pm

In-person graduation will be held upon successful completion of monthly modules and all required learning activities.

Investment?

In-Person Course: $3,333 Includes: 200 in-person hours, all reading material, mat, blanket, digital,

and hard copies of learning modules.
